Alissa
Villa.

Using my voice
to serve.

Whether I’m singing, speaking, listening, or putting words into action, I believe a voice is most powerful when it makes a difference for others.

Voice, presence, and purpose.

01 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE VOICE

Purpose gives
the voice meaning.

My work has taken me from building relationships one conversation at a time to speaking for programs, sharing stories in the media, and honoring service through music.

I’ve learned that communication is more than being heard. It means understanding the people in front of you, choosing the right words, making sound decisions, and following through. That is the kind of service I want my voice to represent.

02 / COMMUNICATIONS IN ACTION

More than a message.
A responsibility.

Strategy, relationships, and judgment shape the work behind every public moment.

VETERAN ENGAGEMENT

Building trust through connection

As Veterans Program Director at Orange County Music & Dance (2024–2025), I led outreach and partnerships, developed program messaging, and helped veterans connect with creative opportunities.

LEADERSHIP & JUDGMENT

Knowing when to speak—and act

My work has included presentations, media conversations, grant narratives, participant feedback, and reports that helped leadership understand needs and make informed decisions.

MILITARY & CIVIC PARTNERSHIPS

Serving across communities

Working with Camp Pendleton leadership, family readiness teams, and civilian partners, I helped coordinate holiday support reaching approximately 300 people annually.

03 / ART & MEDIA

Some stories
are meant to be heard.

Music is both an art and a way of honoring the people and moments that matter.
